Registered Nurse - Market Float ED

We are seeking Market Float ED RNs to provide critical emergency nursing care across four local Emergency Departments, including hospitals and freestanding EDs.

In this role, you will perform rapid triage to assess patient acuity, conduct comprehensive initial and ongoing assessments, and promptly report critical changes in patient status. You will collaborate effectively with physicians, specialists, and other team members, ensuring seamless communication during patient transfers and shift changes. Providing emotional support to patients and families, advocating for patient rights, and ensuring high-quality care are essential responsibilities.

Qualifications include current RN licensure in the appropriate state, preferably a bachelor’s degree
, and at least one year of relevant experience. Candidates must be able to handle high-stress situations, prioritize patient safety, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
