The Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) and Tidelands Health are seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife to join a growing community-based practice in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina. This role is an employed position within MUSC Health and practices within the Tidelands Health system to serve Georgetown and Horry Counties, the second fastest growing region in the country.

Tidelands Health operates Georgetown Memorial Hospital (131 beds) in Georgetown, SC and Waccamaw Community Hospital (121 beds) in Murrells Inlet, SC, is a community-based, not-for-profit, health system that reinvests millions of dollars each year into our facilities and technology. We are our region’s MUSC Health affiliate. Tidelands Health is dedicated to keeping the communities we serve healthy and active, inside, and outside of the hospital.

• Board-certified Certified Nurse Midwife
• Eligible for medical license in South Carolina

• Full-time inpatient/outpatient practice opportunity due to volume growth
• Well-respected, established program with 11 OB/GYNs, two urogynecologists and nine advanced practice providers, including six certified nurse midwives
• Two acute-care hospitals and four outpatient practices - labor and delivery coverage is only at our Tidelands Waccamaw Community Hospital
