This is a 13-week contract position.
ScheduleNight shift, 4x12 hours (19:00 - 07:00) with a patient ratio of 1:5. Must work every other weekend and may need to float within scope to meet facility needs.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced MS/Tele Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in an acute care hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical-surgical telemetry nursing and be proficient in utilizing Epic for charting and patient management.
Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in a telemetry unit.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor vital signs and manage telemetry equipment.
- Provide patient education and support to patients and families.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
- Ensure adherence to infection control and safety standards.
- Minimum of 2 years of MS/Tele nursing experience.
- Current South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact RN license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
- NIHSS certification preferred.
- Epic experience is required.
