We are currently offering a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus to Full-Time RN's
Positions Available:- Full Time 1st Shift- works Monday-Friday ONLY from 7am-3pm (No Weekends) and eligible for full benefits package
- Full Time 2nd Shift- works Monday-Friday ONLY from 3pm-11pm (No Weekends) and eligible for full benefits package.
- PRN - works as needed and when available on various shifts.
- Good organizational and customer service skills
- Valid Registered Nurse License and CPR certification
- Patience and Desire to work with older adults.

- Make accurate and ongoing data collection and charting of the resident’s condition and status.
- Communicate with the physicians regarding resident’s needs and changes in their conditions.
- Collaborate with others to ensure the residents’ well-being.
- Assist resident’s and family members with concern and empathy. Respect their confidentiality and privacy and communicate with them in a courteous and respectful manner.
- Administer medications to residents in an accurate, timely manner. Monitor and document medication for residents for effectiveness of drugs and occurrence of adverse effects.
- Assists residents with providing hands on care as needed.
- Support, participate in developing and following residents individualized plan of care.
