About the Role
Balanced Wellbeing, LLC is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing behavioral health team providing psychiatric services in skilled nursing, long-term care, and assisted living facilities.
This position focuses on psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and ongoing behavioral health care for adult and geriatric patients in facility-based settings. Providers work collaboratively with medical teams while maintaining autonomy in their clinical practice.
CompensationBase Salary: $120,000 annually

- Provide ongoing follow-up care and adjust treatment plans as needed

- Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
- Active Florida APRN license or ability to obtain
- Active DEA license (or ability to obtain)
- Active NPI number
- Experience in behavioral health, psychiatry, skilled nursing, or long-term care preferred
- Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
