The unit features a 15-bed capacity with potential to flex to 20, a 1:5–6 nurse-to-patient ratio, and relies on strong teamwork and communication to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes. External applicants receive a $10,000 sign-on bonus with a 3-year commitment.
