Crescent Hospice is seeking a Full Time Hospice Registered Nurse Case Manager (RNCM) to join our nursing team delivering hands-on hospice care across Darlington, Lee, and Chesterfield counties.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8 am–4:30 pm.
A $7,500 sign-on bonus is offered. You’ll coordinate services, guide patients and families, and work with an interdisciplinary team to provide The Best Care Possible with dignity and compassion.
