* New River Veterinary Specialists, a recently opened specialty and referral veterinarian hospital located in Hardeeville, SC, is now accepting applications for skilled client service representatives for Emergency, Surgery, Rehabilitation, and Internal Medicine. We are looking for individuals that are hard-working, compassionate with people as well as animals, dependable, organized, enjoy client communication and work well with our diverse team.
Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available with flexible schedules.

Working alongside Emergency doctors and Specialists in Emergency and Critical Care, Surgery, Rehabilitation, and Internal Medicine among others, our client service representatives expand their knowledge every day. Have you ever wanted to learn more about Emergency/Specialty medicine?

New River Veterinary Specialists is the right hospital for you!Join New River and work with doctors and technicians who love teaching, discussing cases and helping you gain skills and knowledge – every single day.

Natural skills with small animals are a must, but we are also looking for someone who has great communication with fellow client service and technician teammates, doctors and clients. We are looking for CSR’s who are empathic, skilled at client communication, organization, multi-tasking, able to work in a high paced environment, can handle multi-line phone system and have had previous veterinary or medical experience.

No experience? No problem! We are excited to train the right individuals who have the passion and desire to learn veterinary medicine client service.

A minimum of 1-year of experience in general practice or emergency/specialty hospital or human medicine front end staff is preferred.
