- Review current blueprints and quality documentation.
- Track and report on quality assurance goals (e.g. reduce average turnaround time for quality checks by 20%).
- Coordinate with external quality assurance auditors and technicians to ensure legal compliance.
- Work with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality of the products.
- Follow Six Sigma techniques and tools for process improvement to improve the output quality of our process by identifying and removing the causes of defects and minimizing variability in manufacturing and business processes (ERP).
- Analyze quality data, identify trends, and develop solutions to optimize quality assurance and control performance and reduce costs.
- Create and manage process documentation including creation of SOPs, technical reports, specifications, and project plans.
- Maintain accurate records of quality and process changes, test results, and project progress.
