Location: Fort Lawn
Quality Manager – North American Manufacturing
Location:
Fort Lawn, SC. Reports to Operations Director – NAM.
Lead Quality, ESG, and Continuous Improvement across North American manufacturing. Own QMS, audits, supplier and production quality, and drive performance through KPIs and Lean initiatives.
Responsibilities- Manage QMS, ISO compliance, audits, and quality documentation
- Oversee supplier quality, incoming inspections, and corrective actions
- Drive production quality using SPC, root-cause analysis, and process controls
- Own customer complaints, audits, and quality reporting
- Lead lab testing, calibration, and quality standards
- Implement Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner cross-functionally on product, process, and material alignment
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field
- 7–10+ years in manufacturing quality leadership
- Experience with QMS, ISO, SPC, audits, and root-cause analysis
- Proven team and cross-functional leadership
- SAP or ERP experience
- Lean / Six Sigma background
