Conduct testing and inspections on civil and concrete works and arrange for third-party testing and inspections when required.
Analyze and report testing and inspection results, providing clear documentation and recommendations.
Expand and refine the QA/QC Plan as the project progresses, continually improving procedures and program effectiveness.
Oversee the development and accuracy of Daily Construction Reports (DCRs) to ensure thorough documentation of site activities and quality performance.
Oversee the development, maintenance, and closure of punch lists to ensure all deficiencies are identified, tracked, and resolved.
Direct the removal and replacement of all non-compliant materials and workmanship, ensuring corrective actions are properly implemented.
Document compliance after corrective work is completed and verify that all quality requirements are met prior to starting any subsequent work.
Research, recommend, and apply additional Quality Control and Lean procedures to enhance the quality and efficiency of project delivery.
Oversee project close-out activities and prepare or review final quality reports and documentation.
Perform other related duties as assigned to support overall project quality and successful completion.
Essential Skills

At least 3 years of concrete flightline construction experience.
Demonstrated experience working with FAA standards for airfield and flightline projects.
Strong knowledge of ACI 304 and ACI 501 standards for concrete construction and repair.
Hands-on experience implementing and managing project-specific QA/QC Plans on construction projects.
Proficiency in developing and managing document control processes, including submittals, RFIs, and change documentation.
Ability to coordinate and oversee testing and inspection activities, including third-party testing.
Strong skills in analyzing test and inspection results and producing clear, accurate reports.
Proven ability to identify non-compliant work, direct corrective actions, and verify completed remediation.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple quality-related tasks and documentation in line with project schedules.
