Production Associate 1st Shift; Onsite

Fairfield, CA.

Schedule:

Monday‑Friday 6:30am to 3:00pm with overtime on a business‑need basis.

• Set up and assemble parts.
• Demonstrate proper use of simple hand and machine tools.
• Read and follow procedures, routing and other work instructions accurately.
• Maintain quality product standards with no defects.
• Ensure parts meet customer deadlines and expectations.
• Stay in compliance with applicable elements of quality systems.
• Participate in cost‑reduction plans and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Participate in audits.
• Acquire applicable skills, knowledge, and certifications as required.
• Maintain materials, equipment, and the work area clean and orderly.
• Examine methods and results for conformance to standards and provide reinstruction as needed.
• Report to lead or supervisor on work progress and updates, including conditions surrounding failures to meet quality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED) or vocational/technical education in a related discipline.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) qualifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience using Citrix, SAP, Word, and Excel.

$35,537 to $66,651 USD.
