Location:
Fairfield, CA.
Schedule:
Monday‑Friday 6:30am to 3:00pm with overtime on a business‑need basis.
- Set up and assemble parts.
- Demonstrate proper use of simple hand and machine tools.
- Read and follow procedures, routing and other work instructions accurately.
- Maintain quality product standards with no defects.
- Ensure parts meet customer deadlines and expectations.
- Stay in compliance with applicable elements of quality systems.
- Participate in cost‑reduction plans and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
- Participate in audits.
- Acquire applicable skills, knowledge, and certifications as required.
- Maintain materials, equipment, and the work area clean and orderly.
- Examine methods and results for conformance to standards and provide reinstruction as needed.
- Report to lead or supervisor on work progress and updates, including conditions surrounding failures to meet quality standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED) or vocational/technical education in a related discipline.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) qualifications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.
- Experience using Citrix, SAP, Word, and Excel.
$35,537 to $66,651 USD.
