Laser Track Techncian

Responsibilities and Duties

• Assist with setup and breakdown of laser tracker equipment.
• Operate laser tracker systems under supervision.
• Perform basic part inspections and collect measurement data.
• Verify fixture and tooling dimensions.
• Record data and generate basic inspection reports.
• Follow established metrology procedures and safety standards.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and calibration logs.

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in manufacturing, quality, or inspection.
• Basic understanding of blueprints and measurements.
• Familiarity with Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing fundamentals preferred.

• Between facilities as needed.

• May be required to stand, walk, sit, reach/pull/push with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop or kneel regularly.
• May lift or carry 50lbs. Weights exceeding 50lbs will require mechanical means to maneuver.

Exposure is frequent to moving mechanical parts, airborne particles - eye protection is required, and fumes, machine vibration, and noisy conditions, high temperatures, and occasional restricted space work area. All Keel locations are tobacco free where appropriate.
