Location:
On‑Site (5 days).
- Lead the MDI board meetings and other Lean related activities.
- Assign work schedules and coordinate overtime.
- Ensure the safety of employees and adherence to EHS requirements.
- Monitor the quality of products and work.
- Troubleshoot simple machines, processes, or products, or employee issues.
- Lead and train team leaders, provide feedback and coaching.
- Communicate frequently with team members, supervisors, and across departments, and with plant leaders.
- Coach other team leaders.
- Ability to lead others and influence behavior.
- Ability to perform the job that employees under their supervision are also performing.
- Problem‑solving skills, ability to provide feedback and coach others.
- Works with limited supervision.
- Completion of TLDP.
- Experience influencing others.
- Knowledge and application of the Lean Principles.
- Willingness to learn.
- Ability to train others.
- Experience as a Team Leader.
Hourly base pay: $23.00. Incentive eligible:
