2nd Shift Foam Team Leader

Location:

On‑Site (5 days).

• Lead the MDI board meetings and other Lean related activities.
• Assign work schedules and coordinate overtime.
• Ensure the safety of employees and adherence to EHS requirements.
• Monitor the quality of products and work.
• Troubleshoot simple machines, processes, or products, or employee issues.
• Lead and train team leaders, provide feedback and coaching.
• Communicate frequently with team members, supervisors, and across departments, and with plant leaders.
• Coach other team leaders.

• Ability to lead others and influence behavior.
• Ability to perform the job that employees under their supervision are also performing.
• Problem‑solving skills, ability to provide feedback and coach others.
• Works with limited supervision.
• Completion of TLDP.
• Experience influencing others.
• Knowledge and application of the Lean Principles.
• Willingness to learn.
• Ability to train others.
• Experience as a Team Leader.

Hourly base pay: $23.00. Incentive eligible:
