Quality Team Leader

Leading quality assurance at the Beech Island site, the Quality Team Leader will drive compliance, continuous improvement, and technical coaching for the UCTAD/CTEC team. The position reports to the Site Quality Manager and supports the Kimberly‑Clark Quality Management System and FDA regulatory requirements.

• Provide strategy, capability‑building, and direct support for quality and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external standards, including the Kimberly‑Clark QMS and FDA regulations.
• Identify, develop, and lead implementation of product, process, material, system, and procedure improvements to achieve business objectives.
• Lead a team responsible for visual and physical inspection, sampling, testing, and control of products and materials.
• Maintain and improve the nonconforming product and quality nonconformance reporting system.
• Manage the customer complaint process, including initiation of 4
  
  SPS investigations and corrective actions.
• Provide quality leadership and technical expertise on raw material and finished product issues.
• Oversee quality systems activities:
  Management Review, Control of Documented Information, Supplier Quality Management, Complaint Investigation, Internal Audits, Monitoring & Measurement, Analysis & Evaluation, and CAPA.
• Support development of team members, promote an inclusive environment, and drive performance improvements.
• Execute continuous‑improvement initiatives for established processes and support new process implementation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of broad experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Research, or Regulatory roles.
• Prior leadership experience managing teams, systems, and/or large‑scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of ISO
  9001, ISO
  13485, FDA Medical Device regulations, and FDA Cosmetic regulations.
• Experience with CAPA/problem solving, change management, risk management/FMEA, and Lean or continuous‑improvement methodologies.
• Strong self‑motivation and ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems independently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all organizational levels.
• Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

Salary Range: $105,740 – $130,620 USD (US only). Primary location:
Beech Island Mill. Other locations may be considered. The role is full‑time, regular.
