Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst to support large-scale Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) and Member Management projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in QA/QC, test planning, test case development, automation, system integration, and end-to-end testing
, with a background in healthcare/Medicaid systems preferred.

• 5+ years of QA/QC experience, including test case and scenario development.
• 3+ years of experience with Sahi Pro and/or Selenium Automation Framework
  .
• Hands-on experience developing automated test scripts.
• Experience with PICT or equivalent test design tools
  .
• Knowledge of at least one QA/process framework such as CMMI, TMMI, TPI, SPICE, OPF, OPD, or PPQA
  .
• Experience with formal test design techniques such as Equivalence Class Partitioning and Pairwise Analysis
  .
• Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or healthcare field, or equivalent QA experience.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, test scripts, and UAT scenarios.
• Perform Smoke, System Integration, Regression, UI, Negative, and End-to-End testing
  .
• Design and develop automated test scripts using Sahi Pro/Selenium
  .
• Translate business requirements and policy documentation into detailed test scenarios.
• Track defects, issues, and testing outcomes using tools such as JIRA/Confluence
  .
• Review vendor test plans, scripts, results, and testing deliverables.
• Apply formal test design techniques including Equivalence Class Partitioning and Pairwise Analysis
  .
• Collaborate with developers, architects, business stakeholders, and project leadership to resolve defects and testing issues.
