The Arnold Healthy Kids Initiative seeks a Research Program Coordinator to support funded public health research projects. This position is responsible for coordinating day-to-day research activities, participant recruitment and retention, data collection, regulatory compliance, and communication with community partners and funding agencies.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate research project operations and timelines.
- Develop and implement participant recruitment and retention strategies.
- Prepare and submit IRB applications and related compliance documents.
- Train and support research staff on study protocols and procedures.
- Manage project records, data collection activities, and progress reports.
- Collaborate with investigators, community partners, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Expertise in the use of computers and the Internet.
- A working knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.
- Experience or interest in sleep in children or youth.
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to effectively interact with parents, community partner personnel, children, and the community at large.
