Location: Columbia
University of South Carolina’s CAS Biological Sciences department seeks a Research Specialist I – Full Time, 37.5 hours per week, to support field and lab research in Columbia. The role offers a standard schedule 8:30 am–5:00 pm and a pay rate of $17.00 per hour.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and moth collection experience, perform field duties like setting traps and collecting specimens, and conduct lab tasks such as sorting and preparing samples for analysis.
