Work Schedule:
- Standard working schedule: 8:30am – 5:00pm
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the department.
Basis 12 months
Job Duties- Essential Function Yes Percentage of Time 30 Job Duty Compile undergraduate research engagement and grant data each semester, maintain standards for consistent and accurate documentation; maintain digital records of student engagement at events; manage survey data for grant recipients.
- Essential Function Yes Percentage of Time 25 Job Duty Create and manage the dashboard for undergraduate research engagement. Work closely with assessment partners to manage undergraduate research data.
- Essential Function Yes Percentage of Time 20 Job Duty Coordinate collection of data with campus partners and system campuses pertaining to undergraduate research engagement and faculty involvement.
- Essential Function Yes Percentage of Time 15 Job Duty Manage and maintain undergraduate research databases, including but not limited to, the Faculty Research Database, Research Registry, and the OUR Administration system.
- Essential Function No Percentage of Time 10 Position Attributes Employees in Safety-Sensitive or Security-Sensitive positions will be subject to pre-employment and post-employment drug testing in accordance with University policy HR 1.95 Drug and Alcohol Testing. Safety Sensitive or Security Sensitive No Hazardous weather category Non-Essential
Education and Experience
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in a job related field and 2 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of undergraduate research databases, faculty research database, research registry, and department administration systems.
- Knowledge of USC undergraduate programs.
- Skills with data collection and reporting.
- Ability to collaborate with partners across USC
