Our Bakery/Packager associates prepare fresh baked items daily for our members through following recipes and wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise to ensure our members have the freshest items available to take home to their families. They juggle several tasks while helping members with their bakery orders and strive to keep member satisfaction high in a fast‑paced environment.

You will be part of a large team focused on happy, satisfied members.

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with other associates to build a strong bakery team; communicate with teammates; be flexible to the needs of the business and work in other areas.
• Be an Expert: Prepare bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment; follow recipes; wrap, label, and store merchandise; ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, cold chain, and inventory management; operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment; demonstrate understanding of product and layout execution.
• Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; utilize handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, merchandise ordering, training, and product quality.
• Be an Owner: Commit to operational excellence, maintain work area; ensure quality and date control standards for bakery items; secure fragile and high‑shrink merchandise; eliminate waste; assist members with purchasing decisions; ensure proper packaging, labeling, and storage.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department and the club by valuing the member experience; execute basics at highest quality; exhibit energy, commitment, and passion.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics; apply open door policy; implement related action plans.
• Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers, and partners; identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carry out tasks; communicate progress; recommend improvements; adapt to change and feedback.

• Follow recipes and make‑up instructions accurately.
• Wrap, label, and store baked goods in a clean, organized area.
• Operate baking equipment safely and maintain it.
• Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist members with bakery orders and provide excellent customer service.
• Stand for long periods of time and move quickly and accurately.
• Solve obstacles and work efficiently in a fast pace setting.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
