Supervise Beef Shoppe and seafood staff and provide training and development;
Achieve budgeted sales, shrink, and gross profits for the Beef Shoppe and seafood departments;
Prepare products for sale including meat cutting, slicing, trimming, wrapping, weighing, and pricing;
Maintain inventory and ensure in-stock conditions through proper ordering;
Maintain safety and sanitation standards in all areas related to meat/seafood and prep areas
