Salary Range: $11.00 To $18.00 Annually
Purpose of position:
Assisting Quincy’s Family Steak House coworkers and management to consistently provide flavorful, fresh and properly prepared food to our guests.
- Stocking and accurately maintaining Meat Room supplies.
- Cleaning and maintaining work areas and equipment.
- Assist management and coworkers in a courteous manner.
- Full knowledge of steak cuts being sold by Quincy’s and Western Sizzlin.
- Maintain meat cutting specs and knowledge of food cost savings.
- Accurately filling out Yield and Meat Cutter Reports.
- Complete side work duty roster.
- Delivering meat to Western Sizzlin Steak House.
