We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Manager Trainee to join our convenience store chain in Ware Shoals, SC. This entry‑level position is designed to develop future store managers by providing hands‑on experience and comprehensive training in all aspects of store operations.

• Learn and assist in daily store operations including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.
• Support store managers in supervising and motivating store staff to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Participate in training programs to develop leadership, operational, and business management skills.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with cash handling, sales reporting, and maintaining store appearance and cleanliness.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales and performance goals.

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Strong interest in retail management and leadership development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
