• Safely move delivered carts to staging area in garden center
• Unload heavy plants from tall carts and racks onto table and fixtures
• Stock and organize live plants creating eye-catching displays
• Monitor plant quality and remove unsellable products
• Adhere to company policies and safety rules while on the job
• Perform routine safety sweeps and maintain a clean, hazard-free work area
• Working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Use mobile applications to clock in/out and complete daily tasks

• Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
• Comfortable with continuous walking, carrying, pushing and pulling
• Capable of kneeling, stooping, bending, stretching and standing for long periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Previous experience in merchandising, retail, stocking, or working with plants is a plus, but not required
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently

• Outdoor work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.)
• Contact with insects, dust, soil, pollen and other allergens

• Starting Pay:
  Range from $14.00-$18.00 (depending on location)
• Type:
  Part-time, seasonal employment
• Schedule:
  Open to working most weekends and occasional holidays
