Target Stores Executive Internship is a paid 40 hr/week hands-on training program designed to develop and prepare you for store leadership. You'll work closely with managers and team members to learn how Target's retail business operates and what it takes to excel in a management role.
As an intern, you will lead teams, drive guest service, and gain exposure to multiple areas of the store while building critical leadership skills under mentorship.
