Assistant Store Manager

Rooms To Go is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer experiences in a high-energy furniture retail environment. In this role, you'll help lead a sales team, coach associates on product knowledge and selling techniques, and ensure showroom merchandising aligns with company standards. You will assist with scheduling, inventory oversight, and coordination with delivery and logistics teams to guarantee on-time, accurate orders.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and sales floor execution
• Coach and motivate sales associates to meet performance goals

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics and delivery teams
• Resolve customer service issues and ensure high satisfaction

• Help enforce company policies, procedures, and loss prevention standards
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members
• Support opening/closing procedures and cash handling controls
