- Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and commitment to excellence
- Serve as the face of the company and deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers
- Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos via DMI
- Build and maintain relationships with backroom receivers, store managers, and other store personnel
- Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for shelves and displays using Salesforce
- Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM-negotiated plans
- Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM
- Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
- Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and management team
- Lift, bend, and move product while staying safe and compliant
- Physically move products from stock rooms to store floors and stock store shelves
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid REAL r's license issued by the state in which the person resides, U.S. passport, or federal
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
- Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
- Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25-35 miles of the primary location:
Manning, SC - Schedule availability required:
Tuesday-Saturday
Demonstrates strong customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with store personnel while executing merchandising strategies effectively. Proficient in using technology for ordering and reporting, with a commitment to safety and compliance in physical tasks.
