Outside Sales Representative

Overview

Monraga Roofing is currently looking to add an energetic, independent individual to our team of outside sales representatives to assist in handling the influx of insurance claims due to roof damage such as hail and wind that have recently been affecting the metropolitan area.

We pay the highest commissions, pay them fast, and are completely transparent about the finances of projects. The average commission is $1,500.00 per sale. • Promptly following up on office generated leads and attending appointments on time
• Generating own leads through canvassing, referrals, and networking
• Communicating with new and existing customers during and after the sales process
• Performing roof inspections and assessing damage
• Giving the sales presentation, overcoming objections, and closing the sale
• Educating homeowners on the insurance process
• Meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly sales goals
• Inputting information in the CRM and following up with leads

• 1 year of sales or customer service experience
• Valid Driver s License with clean driving record
• Willing to climb on roofs
• Ability to build productive business professional relationships
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
