OverviewPosition:
Outside Sales Representative

Base pay range: $65,000.00/yr - $/yr

- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Leverage our platform to focus on client interactions with qualified candidates for our life insurance products. - Client Consultation:
Conduct needs assessments and present life insurance options to help clients meet their goals. - Sales Presentation:
Deliver tailored sales presentations to individuals and groups, addressing client concerns and preferences. - Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term client relationships; conduct regular follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and policy retention. - Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends and competitive products to position our offerings effectively. - Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and progress toward targets; prepare reports for management. - Compliance:
Adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies; protect client information and uphold ethical standards.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and maintain a flexible schedule.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus.
- Life insurance license or ability to obtain one (licensing assistance provided).
