Outside Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
    Leverage our platform to focus on client interactions with qualified candidates for our life insurance products.
  • Client Consultation:
    Conduct needs assessments and present life insurance options to help clients meet their goals.
  • Sales Presentation:
    Deliver tailored sales presentations to individuals and groups, addressing client concerns and preferences.
  • Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain long-term client relationships; conduct regular follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and policy retention.
  • Market Research:
    Stay informed about industry trends and competitive products to position our offerings effectively.
  • Sales Reporting:
    Maintain accurate records of sales activities and progress toward targets; prepare reports for management.
  • Compliance:
    Adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies; protect client information and uphold ethical standards.
Qualifications
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and maintain a flexible schedule.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus.
  • Life insurance license or ability to obtain one (licensing assistance provided).

Compensation details
  • Range reflects the average representative in current markets.
