Location

This position is full-time (40-hours/week) Monday-Friday working on-site at our 4101 Percival Road, Columbia, SC location. Travel is required.

What You'll Do
  • Responsible for managing division s sales function.
  • Responsible for achieving sales and/or retention goals for division across all product lines.
  • Development and management of distribution channels including direct, independent agent and consultant sales channels.
  • Responsible for maintaining superior service and responsiveness to existing key accounts/distribution channel.
  • Responsible for budgeting, planning and staffing for sales department.
  • Responsible for sales training to keep staff current on continuing education requirements as well as sales presentation skills.
To Qualify for This Position, You ll Need the Following
  • Required

    Education:

    Bachelor s degree.
  • Required Experience:
    • 10+ Years of experience in aggressive sales and management.
    • Management experience can be equivalent military experience in grade E4 or above.
Work Environment

Typical office environment. Travel is required to support company revenue objectives.
