Interact with hundreds of customers online, over the phone, and in person to guide vehicle purchases;
Respond to leads in a timely fashion and provide information to help guide customers from phone/internet contact to in-store experience;
Sell with confidence and close deals in a no-haggle sales environment;
Provide exceptional customer experience before and after purchase and transition customers to the Service department as needed;
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
