Our Residential Sales Representative will design, present and sell our award‑winning security and home automation solutions and will schedule in‑home sales consultations through lead generating and prospecting activities using company provided tools.

• Target Earnings: $60,000 - $90,000+ (Base salary guarantee + uncapped commissions)

• Consult & Design: Work directly with homeowners to design and sell award‑winning security and smart home automation solutions.
• Lead Generation: Utilize company‑provided leads and proactive prospecting tools to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Strategic Networking: Maintain a weekly schedule of appointments and create engaging product displays to stimulate interest.

• The Right Mindset: You are highly driven, motivated, and possess a strong work ethic with high integrity.
• Experience: 1–2 years of outside sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual who has the "go‑getter" spirit.
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems (like Salesforce) is a plus; you’ll use your provided iPad to manage your business.
• Communication: Strong ability to influence and build instant rapport with customers.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
