Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized E-Commerce and Dealer Portal Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will play a vital part in overseeing and optimizing sales through e-commerce websites and dealer portals. As an E-Commerce and Dealer Portal Sales Manager, you will be the backbone of our online sales operations, ensuring excellent customer experience for both direct consumers and dealers.
EssentialFunctions
- Sales Strategy and Management
- Develop and implement sales strategies for the e-commerce website and dealer portal. - Website and Portal Management
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information, inventory levels, and pricing. - Customer and Dealer Relations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealers. - Digital Marketing and Promotions
- Create discounts and special offers to drive traffic and sales. - Data Analysis and Reporting
- Create reports on sales performance, customer insights, and market trends. - Team Collaboration and Leadership
- Provide support and guidance to team and leadership. - All other duties as assigned.
- Minimum Degree
Required:
Associate Degree - Preferred Degree:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce or related field - Years of experience: 3+ years
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimal – Small number of dealer shows/industry events per year
Regularly:
Computer work, walking, sitting, standing. Occasionally:
Lifting up to 50 lbs.
Performs duties within scope of general company policies, procedures, and objectives. Analyzes problems and performs needs assessments. Uses judgment in adapting broad guidelines to achieve desired result. Regular exercise of independent judgement within accepted practices. Makes recommendations that affect policies, procedures, and practices.
