Responsibilities include growing advertising revenue through both traditional and non‑traditional media, communicating effectively with clients and staff, and building strong relationships through prospecting, appointment setting, and customer engagement.

Success in this role requires excellent time‑management, strong presentation skills, and the ability to organize and maximize results.

• Manage digital sales.
• Manage radio sales.
• Demonstrate a proven sales record, time‑management, and presentation skills with technical expertise and confidence in online, mobile, and social media channels.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, promotion teams, and on‑air staff.
• Plan, strategize, sell, execute, and deliver results.
• Develop and deliver sales presentations in live settings.
• Travel to client and prospect locations as needed.
• Follow up on all self‑generated and company‑generated contacts in an organized and effective manner.
• Regularly meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare for and attend weekly 1:1 and weekly sales meetings.
• Be willing to learn and excel.
