Are you a highly organized professional who enjoys supporting sales teams, managing customer relationships, and keeping projects moving forward? We are seeking a bilingual Commercial Sales Support Administrator to join a growing organization supporting customers throughout Latin America and Mexico.

In this role, you'll serve as a critical link between customers, sales professionals, technical teams, and project managers. You'll help manage quotations, sales orders, service agreements, customer communications, reporting, and project documentation while ensuring a seamless experience for both internal and external stakeholders. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, thrives on organization, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

What

You'll Do
  • Generate customer quotations, sales orders, and service agreements
  • Support the sales team with customer requests, order management, and project coordination
  • Maintain and update information within Salesforce and ERP systems
  • Create reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other business documents
  • Coordinate meetings, customer events, and sales-related activities
  • Assist with customer communications and follow-up activities
  • Support process improvement initiatives through reporting and data analysis
  • Serve as a key administrative and operational resource for commercial teams
What We’re Looking For
  • Fluent Spanish language skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience supporting sales, customer service, commercial operations, or order management functions
  • Salesforce experience preferred
  • ERP system experience preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
