Float Personal Banker CSR

Salary

$23-25/hr

• Open, maintain, and service a variety of consumer and commercial deposit accounts.
• Assist customers with account questions, requests, and problem resolution in a professional manner.
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional banking products and services.
• Maintain accurate account records and input data into the bank’s core systems.
• Perform outreach and follow?up activities to strengthen customer relationships and meet referral goals.
• Support team development by assisting with training and mentoring new or cross?trained staff.

• High school diploma required; additional education preferred.
• Previous experience in banking, retail, or customer?focused sales roles.
• Strong sales mindset with the ability to identify cross?sell and referral opportunities.
• Effective communication skills with a friendly, professional approach.
• Ability to work in Greenville and TR locations.
• Goal?oriented, customer?focused mindset with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Ability to pass background and a credit check.
