Overview
Manage EP mapping solutions for cardiac electrophysiology. Remote role; candidate must reside in the territory and travel to multiple sites. Valid driver’s license required.
Responsibilities- Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the EP mapping and navigation system and all CAS products.
- Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on technical matters relating to CAS products and related procedures.
- Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures.
- Understand and support national, regional and territory sales objectives to achieve or exceed sales goals within all CAS products.
- Develop and cultivate customer relationships resulting in incremental business.
- Work in partnership with Account Manager, Regional Manager and Area Directors to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Collaborate and strategize with local sales team to conduct customer training for mapping and other CA Solutions products.
- Collaborate and communicate with the sales and clinical teams in the region.
- Serve as an effective Medtronic CAS representative to physicians and support staff regarding Medtronic CAS products, service and support.
- Serve as a regional champion to share experience and influence others to be proficient in the mapping technology.
- High school diploma plus minimum of 6 years related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
- Or associate degree plus minimum of 4 years related experience.
- Or bachelor degree plus minimum of 2 years related experience.
- B.A./B.S. in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or technical discipline with minimum of four years work experience in the cardiac field, hospital/clinic, or sales.
- Proven track record with technical training assignments.
- Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, in a hospital/clinic or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support.
Job Requirements
- Environmental exposure to infectious disease and radiation.
- Clinical Specialists required to be within assigned territory each day to be available for unscheduled needs.
- Occasional travel outside of assigned territory and possibility of overnight stays.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance policy.
- Must be able to stand/sit/walk for 8 hours a day.
- Must be able to drive approximately 25-50% of the time within assigned territory and may require overnight travel.
- Ability to use a computer and interact with personal computers.

Benefits & CompensationCompetitive salary range: $120,000 to $125,000 USD for U.S. locations excluding Puerto Rico.
