Our sales team has a direct impact on our mission: to convert adult smokers into users of our innovative smoke-free products.

Your daily routine:

You will be the brand ambassador and the engine of acquisition in the indirect sales channel point of sale: the tobacco shop.

Your responsibilities:

Act as a brand ambassador for PMI’s brands within the tobacco shop, representing the company professionally.

Build a collaborative relationship with the tobacco shop owner and the sales floor staff, aligning efforts to maximize commercial results.

Proactively approach adult smoking consumers, presenting our best alternatives through consultative and responsible sales.

Acquire new users and retain existing ones, relying on a high knowledge of the multi-category portfolio and its benefits.

Manage and achieve individual and multi-category sales objectives, identifying opportunities and adapting with agility at the point of sale.

Execute activities in accordance with PMI’s standards and strategy, ensuring a premium and consistent experience.

Who are we looking for?

• Commercial experience or customer service.
• Curious, proactive, with a good attitude, result-oriented, solution-driven, and service-oriented.
• Communication and active listening skills.
• Minimum education:
  
  high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum C1 level in Spanish, highly valuable English.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Permission to work in the EU.
• Availability to work split/intensive shifts from Monday to Sunday with legally required breaks (40 hours/week working 5 days).
• Availability to travel for commercial activities in assigned areas.
