WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING |THE ROLE
- Meet with homeowners (appointments provided – no cold calling).
- Deliver engaging, consultative in-home presentations.
- Close sales using a proven one-call close approach.
- Average annual earnings of over $150k with uncapped earning potential.
- You will use the tools, training and sales methodology and create a connection with the customers to offer our replacement services.
- You will have industry leading product samples, support and technology to assist you in closing the sale.

- 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions
. - Strong closing skills with a consultative, relationship-based approach.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations.
- Self-motivation and results orientation.
- College degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
