Job Summary

As a key member of the Healthcare Sales Team, the Client Development Representative is responsible for driving new business growth and expanding relationships with existing clients in an assigned territory. This role focuses on prospecting and selling Inmar’s Rx Returns and Compliance Solutions, while providing superior customer service. The candidate must reside in the Charleston, SC, or Savannah, GA area and visit pharmacies in the region daily.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Client Development (70%) – Actively prospect and engage new clients in the healthcare industry, schedule and conduct sales presentations, nurture and grow relationships with current clients, identify upsell opportunities, and maintain a consistent pipeline through proactive outreach.
  • Customer Service and Territory Management (30%) – Serve as main point of contact, respond in a timely manner to inquiries, provide education on regulatory compliance, travel within the territory to support pharmaceutical returns, and ensure clients are equipped for compliant returns.
  • Sales Activity and CRM Maintenance – Consistently update client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems, use data to identify trends and refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree required;
    Bachelor’s preferred.
  • 2+ years of sales, client development, or territory management experience in healthcare or related industries.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite; experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record; driving is an essential function.

Regularly required to use hands, talk or read instructions on a monitor, occasionally stand, kneel or stoop, lift up to 40–50 pounds, and view items at an extremely close range. Activities occur up to 33% of the time, between 33%–66% of the time, or more than 66% of the time.
