Job Title: Benefit Systems Associate Client Relationship Manager

Location: Columbia, SC
Type: Full-Time;
May be eligible for hybrid work schedule after successful completion of training
Hiring Range: $45,000 - $65,000 annual salary (commensurate with directly applicable experience)

- Collaborate and Support:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with TCG Sales Representatives while partnering with them to consult advisors on case dynamics. Work with dedicated clientele, including key national agency accounts and large employer groups, while proactively problem‑solving to provide solutions when issues arise. Serve as a consistent point of contact for assigned Benefit Systems accounts and appropriately prioritize workload based on urgency. - Organize and Coordinate:
Coordinate and manage Benefit Systems accounts by communicating directly with advisors and group administrators and overseeing all aspects of case setup and online enrollment. Ensure all required information is collected and distributed to the appropriate internal departments while monitoring progress throughout installation. Maintain accurate documentation and updates within , collaborate with Implementation Specialists to test enrollment systems for accuracy, and conduct system demonstrations with advisors or group administrators prior to enrollment release as needed. - Engage as a Team Player:
Support renewals and re‑enrollments by communicating directly with agents and groups and coordinating with Account Executives on in‑force lines of business. Work closely with internal departments to ensure system updates reflect product changes or additions and assist with post‑renewal employee changes as needed. Serve as a go‑to resource for internal Group Operations teams and provide on‑the‑job training for new employees or participate in internal committees as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks with a high level of attention to detail and deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency with computers and business systems, including email, databases, Excel, and Adobe products.
- Ability to become proficient in all aspects of the role within 9-12 months.
