Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Independent Sales Representative who excels at identifying and closing new opportunities, cultivating strong relationships, and growing and servicing existing accounts.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong computer proficiency
  • Outstanding problem‑solving abilities
  • Polished presentation and consultative selling skills

You should be goal-oriented, memorable, and have a proven track record of success.

unlimited income potential for a top producer. Our high‑performing Independent Sales Representatives earn commissions based on net sales.

You must bring a strong desire and commitment to excellence, enabling you to open new accounts and expand existing ones. Experience representing fashion, contemporary, or sports‑lifestyle brands is preferred, as you will represent one of the world’s premier eyewear manufacturers with a diverse portfolio of brands.

Job Responsibilities
  • Solicit and secure orders for Safilo USA product lines within the assigned geographical area.
  • Grow market demand for the Safilo portfolio by managing and expanding a collection of customer accounts.
  • Act as a business consultant by providing expertise on product knowledge, merchandising, and programs.
  • Deliver volume and net‑sales objectives across the full Safilo product portfolio.
  • Drive growth through the implementation of the sustainable Safilo Sales Model with strategic customers.
  • Develop and maintain an effective call cycle to achieve the desired service frequency required to meet sales objectives.
  • Ensure brand visual‑merchandising standards are upheld and effectively utilize POP materials.
  • Conduct regular customer‑staff trainings to reinforce product knowledge and ensure consistent brand‑positioning messaging to patients/consumers.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing customers while partnering with the local sales team to prospect and acquire new accounts.
  • Demonstrate strong teamwork, a positive attitude, and a motivated, process‑oriented approach with high attention to detail.
