Purpose of PositionAn In-Home Sales Representative serves as the primary point of contact for all customers by delivering the West Shore Home sales method to secure customer agreements to purchase our products and services.
Key Role Accountabilities- Follow a monthly rotating schedule
- Sales appointments are about 2 hours each
- Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops
- Guide customers through a personalized one-call close sales process
- No cold-calling or lead generation— all leads are warm and pre-set
- Uncapped commission
- Expected first year income earnings up to $200K+

- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Previous sales experience preferred; recent grads and those from retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles also encouraged
- Must have a valid smart phone or smart device to log into company required systems using two-factor authentication
