Wallace Distribution is expanding our sales team and looking for a Sales Development Rep to manage existing customers and grow our region in the North and South Carolina markets. If you excel at identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and driving revenue, we want to hear from you.

We are a leading two-step distributor committed to delivering quality products and exceptional service to our dealer network. With a strong reputation built on trust, integrity, and reliability, we serve as a link between manufacturers and dealers.

We’re seeking a dynamic, results driven Sales Representative to grow and manage relationships with national and regional independent dealers. This role is ideal for a self starter who thrives in a fast paced environment and has experience with two step distribution. Candidate must be based in the territory preferrable in the Charlotte area.

Areas of Responsibility:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand dealer relationships and drive revenue growth.
  • Call on national and regional independent dealers to promote product lines, programs, and promotions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long term partnerships.
  • Provide product training, support, and market insights to dealer teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, logistics, and customer service) to ensure dealer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
Recommended

Skills and Experience:
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a two step distribution model.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining dealer relationships.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel regionally as required.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Self motivated, organized, and goal oriented.
