Commercial Sales - Account Manager
OverviewThe role of Commercial Business Development / Account Manager at Black’s Tire Service will consist of new business development in the commercial tire industry in the Fayetteville, NC area. Additionally, this position will require management of existing business in the same territory. Some physical activity is required including handling commercial truck tires and similar type products. Pay is a base salary plus commission structure.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service. Record customer orders and collect monies as appropriate.
- Develop new business-to-business sales and relationships. Build repeat business.
- Perform routine fleet checks of tires.
- Assess and determine customer’s needs. Recommend products and solutions to meet the customer’s needs.
- Have a good working knowledge of current products and offerings, as well as competition.
- Be able to overcome objections. Work to resolve customer problems/complaints.
- Able to work independently.
- Effectively document all interactions with prospective customers.
- Job duties can change as the need arises.

- 1 year of sales experience.
- Commercial tire/automotive background a plus, but not necessary.
