We are building a strong talent pipeline for future Part‑Time Brand Ambassador opportunities within our studios and seasonal Brand Ambassador opportunities that generally begin in November through the holiday season. Candidates who apply early may be contacted as workforce needs are confirmed closer to the holiday season.

The Opportunity

Brand Ambassadors are the first point of engagement for guests visiting a Lucid Studio. They play a critical role in delivering an elevated customer experience, creating brand connection, and supporting daily studio operations.

This is a part‑time role that requires flexibility, including the ability to work evenings and weekends. Part‑time Brand Ambassadors can expect to work between 20–25 hours per week.

What You’ll Do
  • Welcome guests, answer general inquiries, and schedule test drives
  • Capture high‑quality customer leads and interactions in CRM (Salesforce)
  • Conduct customer needs assessments (budget, preferences, timing)
  • Recommend suitable vehicles based on customer needs
  • Refer high‑potential leads to Sales Specialists
  • Ensure guests are directed to the appropriate next step in their journey
  • Build deep knowledge of the Lucid brand, vehicles, and services
  • Explain vehicle features, specifications, and pricing to stimulate consideration
  • Provide backend operational support (order paperwork, order/vehicle status clarity)
  • Support studio operations, including opening/closing checklists
  • Ensure test drive and showcase vehicles are clean, charged, and ready
  • Assist with facility needs (refreshments, maintenance requests)
  • Support day‑to‑day studio operations as needed
What You Bring
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • Experience in a customer‑facing environment (retail, hospitality, food service, etc.)
  • Patience, professionalism, and adaptability in a dynamic retail setting
  • Interest in electric vehicles and enthusiasm for building the Lucid brand
Qualifications
  • Flexible availability, including extended holiday mall hours, holidays, and weekends
  • Minimum age 18
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Prior experience with a CRM tool such as Salesforce highly preferred
  • Authorized to work in the USA (visa sponsorship not available)
  • Physical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Successful completion of a drug test and background check, including criminal records, is a condition of employment for Lucid sales centers
  • Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year. Drivers under 21 must have maintained a driver’s license for a minimum of 3 years and successfully complete Lucid Training upon hire
  • Ability to obtain appropriate state DMV licensing, where applicable

Compensation Range

Base Pay Range (hourly): $21–$21 USD

Additional Compensation and Benefits

Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401(k). The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)
