This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional looking to join one of the nation's leading homebuilders with exceptional earning potential and long-term career growth.
Responsibilities- Guide buyers through the entire new home purchasing process.
- Conduct model home and community tours.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers.
- Follow up with leads and manage an active sales pipeline.
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals.
- Work closely with construction, mortgage, and title teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Motivated to succeed in a commission-driven environment.
- Ability to work 3 out of every 4 weekends
