Four Corners Building Supply (FCBS) is a wholesale and retail building-materials supplier committed to dependable service and strong customer relationships. We are seeking an energetic, organized Inside Sales Representative to join our Hardeeville team.

Position Summary The Inside Sales Representative supports customers and the outside sales team by answering product questions, preparing quotes, entering orders, and coordinating order details. The ideal candidate is friendly, responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Receive and process customer and outside-sales orders by phone and email.

Assist customers with product information and recommend solutions based on project needs.

Prepare quotes, enter new orders, and verify pricing, quantities, and delivery or pickup details.

Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions, changes, and order concerns.

Coordinate with sales, purchasing, warehouse, and delivery teams to support accurate and timely fulfillment.

Maintain organized customer and order information while providing consistent follow-up.

Build positive customer relationships and identify opportunities to support additional sales.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong phone, customer-service, verbal, and written communication skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain organized with a high volume of activity.

Basic computer and data-entry skills; ability to learn order-entry and inventory systems.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Previous inside sales, customer service, or building-materials experience is preferred, but not required.
