Rock Solid Construction of the Carolinas is looking for a driven and personable Sales Representative to cover the beautiful Coastal Carolinas territory. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a trusted construction brand, build lasting client relationships, and grow your career in a thriving regional market. Responsibilities:- Prospect and develop new client relationships across the Coastal Carolinas territory
- Present and sell construction services and solutions to residential and/or commercial clients
- Conduct on-site consultations, estimates, and follow-ups with potential customers
- Manage and grow an existing book of business through relationship-based selling
- Collaborate with project managers and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Track leads, pipeline activity, and sales metrics using CRM tools
- Represent Rock Solid Construction at local networking events and industry functions
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in construction, home improvement, or a related industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory independently
- Familiarity with the Coastal Carolinas region is a strong plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications
- Ability to read and interpret basic construction plans or project scopes is a bonus
