Job Position Missions

Inside Sales Representative (ISR) team within the commercial France organization has the mission to generate maximum revenue through incoming and outgoing calls, optimizing conversion, average order value, and upsell/cross-sell.

To do this, here is a non-exhaustive list of your responsibilities:

• Effectively qualify customer needs and identify opportunities.
• Manage a high volume of calls (100+/day) in incoming and outgoing calls.
• Develop the average order value through upselling and, in the medium term, cross-selling.
• Reactivate dormant accounts and develop high-potential clients.
• Master pitches and adapt your speech to different client types (independents, municipalities, chains, artisans...).
• Develop sales scripts and commercial processes.
• Ensure reliable and structured reporting in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with internal teams: CSM, support, logistics, billing, product & marketing.

It would be fantastic if you also had:

• Experience in telephone sales / call center.
• Knowledge of the CHR sector.
• A current level of English.
